How does the estimate work?
We come out for a free site visit, then give you a free full written estimate. We’ll amend the estimate and design as many times as it takes until you’re happy. No work starts until you’ve agreed it.
Do I need a garden design, or can you just build it?
Either. We offer a full design service, or we can work from your own drawing (we love to see your own designs, as it tells us what you’re after). Or we’ll give you a detailed written estimate and build the garden with no design costs at all.
What areas do you cover?
We cover a wide radius of Bracknell and Reading, including Ascot, Sunningdale, Virginia Water, Wokingham, Windsor, Maidenhead and Guildford. Not sure? Use the postcode checker on our contact page, or just call.
How do I choose the paving?
During the estimate we’ll point you to one or two of our main paving suppliers, where everything is laid out for you to see, walk on and touch. They’ve known us for years and will happily help you while you look.
What happens to the waste?
We’re a licensed waste carrier, so all spoil and old materials leave site legally. No skips left on your drive for weeks, and nothing fly-tipped in your name.
What’s covered by the warranty?
All of our work carries a five-year workmanship warranty. We’re fully insured with £2m public liability, and every member of the team is DBS-checked.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the job. A patio might be a few days, a full garden build a few weeks. We’ll give you a realistic timeframe with your written estimate, and keep you posted as we go.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. We do everything from matchbox courtyards to larger private and commercial builds. If a job doesn’t need doing, we’ll tell you.
